HOPES CAP, Inc. is a member of the Community Action Partnership National Association established in 1964 under President Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration signing the Economic Opportunity Act. As a Community Action Partner, HOPES is committed to addressing the barriers and causes of poverty as we empower individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. We have diverse programs for the entire range of our community from:

In our programs, we do this by:
-Engaging families in the care and development of their child/children.
-Fostering the development of young children, birth to 5 years of age.
