NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

This program provides county wide, curb-to-curb non-emergency medical transportation service for the elderly by appointment.

ESCORTED TRANSPORTATION

County wide escorted transportation services to those age 60 or older to banks, medical resources, kidney dialysis and chemotherapy which they are unable to access due to transportation and/or health barriers.

TRANSPORTATION - BLIND/VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Provides non-emergency transportation for blind and visually impaired persons for the purpose of socialization and education.
