Description:
Traditions at Federal Point, founded in 2002 is a beautifully presented and carefully maintained condominium community of 140 homes, very conveniently located in Lawrenceville, a historic township dating back to January 24, 1816. The municipality was named Lawrence Township in honor of Captain James Lawrence - commander of the frigate USS Chesapeake, a hero of the War of 1812. Captain Lawrence was a native of nearby Burlington and is known for his dying command of "Don't Give up the Ship". Lawrence Township became part of Mercer County at its creation on February 22,1838. Portions of the township were taken to form Millham Township on February 10, 1882, which was annexed six years later by Trenton. Our "Over 55" community is located in an area with convenient access to highways and public transport, and is within easy reach of central New York, Philadelphia and the university town of Princeton.
