UTCAO's goal is to help our community live productive lives from infants to seniors. We do this through our Day Care and Summer Youth Employment Programs; the Senior Companion Aide and Residential Maintenance and the Vauxhall Senior HEART Grant Programs. We educate the community on topics such as First Time Home Buying and How to Prevent Home Foreclosure.
