The Trenton Housing Authority (THA) is committed to building and maintaining affordable housing for City of Trenton residents. We seek to create safe, energy efficient neighborhoods by partnering with individuals and organizations to provide affordable housing, education and employment opportunities for families of modest means who live in the City of Trenton. Through the public housing and services that we provide, the THA helps citizens become self-sufficient and improve their quality of life. Admission to government-aided housing projects for low-income families and the elderly. Rental includes light, gas heat, hot water, range and refrigerator. Conner French Towers for the Elderly, 630 W. State Street, Trenton.
