Provides comprehensive bi-lingual and bi-cultural treatment and prevention services in the areas of mental health, drug/alcohol, geriatric, employment (job counseling/placement), English as a Second Language (ESL) computer literacy, parenting/life skills training, case management services and HIV/AIDS , resource/foster family recruitment, violence prevention, pediatric asthma prevention, & youth community programs through the following interconnected units: Family Counseling & La Esperanza (out patient services), Hispanic Senior Citizen Services (geriatric services); Family Resource Center (employment & training services) and Health Education & Prevention Services.
