Interfaith coalition of volunteers who provide supportive non-medical services to Alzheimer’s patients and the family caregiver. CVCJ is an interfaith nonprofit agency dedicated to providing free supportive services to the frail elderly and homebound enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Volunteers do this by providing transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, friendly/pet visits and phone calls to reduce social isolation. Bilingual services offered to senior of diverse backgrounds. Alzhelmer’s Respite Care Program.
