Opened in 2010, Congdon Mill Apartments were developed and operated with Federal housing financing. The property utilizes the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Federal housing program to make rent affordable to lower income tenants.

NJCDC is pleased to be able to offer 66 units of much-needed affordable housing along with social services at Congdon Mill.
