Community Medical Center an Affiliate of the St. Barnabas Health Care System - Caregiver Counseling is offered to individuals caring for adults age 60 and over. Monthly caregiver support group is held once a month at 11:00 a.m. at the Community Health/Lighthouse Center. Benefits of membership include; 800 Toll-free number for Information and Referral, Newsletter, Free Health Education Seminars. Free Health Screenings, Support Groups, Volunteer opportunities, SHIP (Senior Health Insurance Counseling), Assistance with Living Wills, and much more
