The Monmouth County Wellness Discount Program provides discounts for residents on prescription drugs, eye care, hearing aids, diabetic medications and supplies and dental care through the Coast2Coast Rx card program.

All county and non-county residents regardless of age, income or existing health coverage may use a Coast2Coast Rx card. The card is free of charge and is unrestricted on the frequency of use. Cardholders and family members may use the Coast2Coast Rx card any time their prescription is not covered by insurance.
