Locust Hill opened in 2002 and has amenities for all to enjoy – Tennis, Bocce Courts, Putting Green, Shuffleboard, Pool, Horseshoes and Quoits, Fitness Trail, and Clubhouse. Our Clubhouse has TV, Fitness Room, Kitchen, Library, Computer Room, and Shuffleboard, offering Card Games including Bridge, Pinochle, Poker, and others; Bingo is offered twice a month, and Crafts for everyone, Book Club, Movie Nights, and Community Events, i.e., Easter Egg Roll, Halloween Promenade, Christmas Caroling, Hawaiian Luau, and July Fourth Celebration… just to name a few…. Adult communities are designed for those 55 years of age or older who wish to live independently within a community of older adults.
