Two programs per day, 6 days a week. Morning program, 9am to 2pm, afternoon program, 1pm to 6pm. Social and medical day care with nursing care and supervision. Social services and transportation from home and to medical appointments. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, activities, recreation and coordinated ancillary medical services. Medicaid.
