Hearing Aid Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (HAAAD). Eligible persons can receive a rebate of $100 with proof of purchase of a hearing
aid. Must meet PAAD eligibility requirements.

Lifeline Assistance Homeowners/Tenants/Renters Credit Program. This program provides a credit for utilities to PAAD recipients, (homeowners, renters, and tenants) whose utilities are not included in their rent. This program does not cover bottled gas, propane or oil. The credit can be divided between two utility companies or one company of your choice. Applicants must be eligible for the PAAD Program.

Provides leadership, direction and supervision to public and private agencies responsible for providing economic assistance to individuals and families in need. Home Care Expansion Program (HCEP) - Provides home care services to elderly and disabled persons in New Jersey who are at risk of being institutionalized and whose income and resources exceed the financial requirements of Medicaid or the Community Care Program for the Elderly and Disabled.
