The Family Health Center at St. Joseph’s provides comprehensive primary medical, obstetric and pediatric care to residents of Passaic County. Our focus is on prevention of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity as well as common childhood illness/diseases and care of the pregnant woman. A program for the Home Bound patient is available by primary care physician referral.
