Senior Care of Camden has been serving the frail and elderly in this community for greater than a decade. We provide transportation via handicapped-accessible vehicles to and from the center, as well as, medical appointments. Registered Nurses are on staff for daily health monitoring, medication management, and coordinating all health services with limited inconvenience. A social worker is on staff to empower and enhance the well-being of members, while providing assistance with securing community resources. Situated on the Virtua-West Jersey Campus, we provide our members with easier access to medical services like physical therapy, laboratory, dental, eye care services, and Virtua’s emergency room. In addition to health care, our members enjoy delicious, healthy meals and participate in stimulating activities every day. Whether they are creating unique crafts, learning to speak Spanish, or supporting their cognitive health with fun trivia and reminiscing trips down memory lane, there is something for everyone!
