All county residents who are 60 years of age or older, have a disability, are a veteran traveling to/from qualified medical centers, residents of the FTA defined rural western areas of the county, and/or qualified residents, traveling to/from employment, educational, or job training opportunities are all eligible to receive transportation from the A.C.T.U.
