We offer wide ranging Alzheimer’s care at our day care center. A fully qualified and experienced member of staff will assess and monitor both physical and mental health, working in partnership with the primary care physician to offer a holistic package of assistance. Each client has a clearly designed care plan, which is reviewed and amended regularly to ensure that every client receives the very best, customized attention. We are a Veteran friendly senior center, located in the heart of Bergen County in New Jersey, with excellent geriatric adult programs including a focus on Dementia care.
