Description:
Provide enhanced support and assistance to Salem County residents who are primary caregivers for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia disorder. Who are at risk of becoming lost due to memory and cognitive changes that occur as part of the disease.Participants wear a special arm bracelet that should they become lost can assist local law enforcement in locating them using the mobile locator tracking system. A photo identification badge can be obtained at the Sheriff’s Department. You will need to bring proof of address, original birth certificate, and social security card.
